Situation

A young and inexperienced CEO is struggling to keep up with a fast growing company with ambitions to go global. CEO is competing against strong international companies and seeks guidance from the New Leaders Approach in order to achieve the "impossible."

Main Challenges

1. CEO is not working to his potential in his relationships with employees and others

2. CEO feels "tired and pressured" and is frustrated at the lack of results he sees when dealing with employees.

New Leaders Approach

1. Conduct an EQ assessment to identify CEO's profile. After conducting the assessment, New Leaders indentifies CEO as a "dreamer," someone with strong empathy skills but less aware of himself and his potential.

2. New Leaders enroll CEO in CEO EQ Leadership Coaching: 1-on-1 EQ coaching for 20 hours over 3~4 months

 

Impact

1. CEO develops better leadership skills and transforms from a "dreamer" to a real "EQ expert."    
2. CEO gains confidence and learns how to better channel his emotions in a way that sees results from his employees.                 
3. CEO recognizes EQ as a powerful and effective HR tool and incorporates EQ awareness and development as a part of the company's culture.
