About Six Seconds

Developed based on research starting in 1978, founded in 1997 to help people put the theory of emotional intelligence into action, the Six Seconds Model, the only EQ model in the world that is made for action – how to actually increase your EQ, is divided into of three major areas, with eight underlying competencies (please see graph) This EQ model is the only one in the world that calls for action that actually helps you increase your EQ, not just measure it.
